About Us

Innovative and fresh, Lil' Ones Nanny Agency has been in the works for a several years. After being part of the childcare industry and watching friends and family dealing (and at times struggling) with childcare directly, the members of the team got together to use their expertise collectively.

We aim to bring a personal touch to nanny recruitment, rather than just act as a disinterested third party.

We primarily focus on the Eastern side of Australia, however we welcome families and nannies from across Australia.

Our director, Jana, was not only a nanny herself for nine years (and thus is very familiar with both the family and nanny side of the industry) but is also a qualified primary school teacher. Jana prides herself on having the background experience to cater for families and nannies alike.

Our team also consists of Sarah, who not only has experience in the childcare industry, but also has experience and expertise in administration.

We also have our chartered account Diane, who assists with the financial side of the business. And as a mother of three, has been known to offer helpful advice for problematic areas.
